After receipt of your reservation, you will receive the confirmation of your booking from us within a few days together with the bill for the total booking amount.
The reservation of your stay only becomes effective after you have paid the deposit listed on the bill with your registration confirmation.
The rental costs are based on the entire duration of your booked stay.
If you arrive later or depart earlier, the price for the period booked is to be paid.
The rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM and departure until 10:00 AM. We ask you to respect these times so that the room can be cleaned.
Outside of the high season, it is sometimes possible to rent the apartments for a few days longer or for fewer days.
The deposit amount listed on the reservation confirmation should be transferred to our account within 14 days after receipt.
If we do not receive this amount within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
The payment of the remaining amount of the rental fee should be paid at the latest 6 weeks before the start of your stay.
Exception: if other conditions are listed on the booking form.
For late reservations within 6 weeks before arrival, the entire rental fee must be paid in full immediately after receipt of the bill so the apartment can be confirmed.
In case you want to cancel the reservation, we conform to the T&Cs as stated on this page apply, supplemented by the Austrian general conditions for hotellerie 2006.- up to 3 months before arrival you will receive the down payment after deduction of euro 50.00 administration costs;
Our apartments are exclusively non-smoking apartments.
An ashtray is on hand, which may only be used outdoors.
There is one parking space available per apartment. We charge a fee of 50.00 EUR per week for the use of a second parking space.
If you notice deficiencies about or in the apartment upon arrival, please report these immediately so that we remedy them as soon as possible.
We cannot assume liability for later complaints or deficiencies.
If accidents happen during your stay, please report them as soon as possible so that we can remedy these ourselves or via the insurance.
We perform the final cleaning. You should leave the apartment cleaned up and swept clean (see apartment folder).
If the apartment is not left in such a condition, we will have to charge additional cleaning costs.
One set of bed linen and one set of towels per person per week are included in the rental price. There is an option to have extra bed linen for an extra fee.
The prices are found under “Extra Service”.
For an extra fee, you can order a child's cot or high chair when booking (as long as they are available).
We ask you to bring the bed linens for this.
You can use our washing machine and dryer for a fee (see the price list under “Extra Service”).
You may bring a pet by arrangement for a fee.
The tenants may not sub-let the apartment and not have more people stay than are indicated on the registration.
The maximum occupancy of the relevant apartment can be exceeded by arrangement with the landlord, which will be associated with surcharges.
Regardless of cause, we are not liable for damages or injuries that occur during the stay on our property. Unless the user can prove gross negligence.
The tenant is responsible for them self and all registered persons and visitors regarding meeting all requirements arising from the reservation and stay.
