You can toboggan in both summer and winter. But there's a little difference: You don't have to exert yourself in climbing up the mountain. The coaster whisks you back up to the top after an exciting descent. Hit the curves and race down the 1160; you set the speed!

Just under 3 km up the mountain and when you reach the top, you can relax with a cheery dinner in the rustic “Hochkogel” hut. On Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM you can be whisked up the mountain with the “Abschlepper” lift with the toboggan. You can race down the mountain on the illuminated toboggan run.

A great way to master the mountain is the Skidoo, that will pick you up upon request and take you to the “Hoametzlhütte”. You also have the option of combining a tobogganing evening with a “Hutessen” (“tatar hut fondue”) or rib dinner. This toboggan run is romantically lit until late in the evening.

In St. Jakob in Haus, a 1 km long toboggan run awaits you, starting from the Kröpfllift hut. The walking time is about 1 hour.

You'll find a 2 km long run in Waidring/Oberweissbach. From Tuesday to Saturday from 4:00 PM, there is the option to take the toboggan shuttle to the Gasthof Oberweissbach.

At the Hotel Brandtnerhof in Strub (Waidring), there is a very special highlight, a specially prepared stretch that you can race down in a snowtube. The run is not very long, but great for multiple descents! This track is also lit until 9:00 PM.
